FAULT TOLERANT PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Redundant modules are interconnected between the power line conductors and a load remotely- controlled by means of a programmable logic controller. Sampling algorithms within the controller continuously determine the presence and absence of an electrical fault within any of the modules and selectively connect and disconnect the modules to maintain operating power to the load.
