A device which fits by the means of adjustable roller bearings on the walls of a bore, rests on a surface perpendicular to the above mentioned bore and by manually rotating around the true center of this bore, compares the alignment of other bores that are in line with this bore, by the means of dial indicators. Four pins with bearings at one of their ends are secured in pairs on two rectangular bars. The bars slide on two setup rods until the bearings are in contact with the inner surface of the bore and fastened on a plate A tube is part of the device and passes thru the bores in order to attach on it the dial indicators. Four retractable spheres at the corners of the device's resting surfaces serve to minimize friction during turning.
