The inventive method for producing a feed additive comprises a coniferous green extract processing and is characterised in that it consists in microgranulating the neutralised coniferous green extract by using a water- soluble polymer bonding matrix in the form of an aqueous solution combined with said extract and in dropwisely introducing the thus obtained mixture into a crosslinking agent aqueous solution, wherein the polymer bonding matrix is embodied in the form of a sodium alginate or a anionic protein polysaccharide- type complex consisting of a gelatine and calcium alginate and the crosslinking agent is embodied in the form of water-soluble calcium salts which make it possible to produce an insoluble microgranular matrix or the crosslinking agent matrix is embodied in the form the anionic protein polysaccharide type complex consisting of gelatine and calcium alginate and the crosslinking agent is embodied in the form of water-soluble ferric salts used for obtaining the insoluble microgranular matrix.

Selon l'invention, le procédé de fabrication d'un additif alimentaire comprend la transformation d'extraits de feuillage de conifères et se distingue en ce que l'on effectue la micro-granulation d'un extrait neutralisé du feuillage de conifères en utilisant une matrice polymère hydrosoluble avec liant sous forme de solution aqueuse, que l'on mélange avec ledit extrait. Le mélange obtenu est introduit au goutte à goutte dans la solution aqueuse d'un agent de réticulation; on utilise en tant que matrice polymère avec liant de l'alginate de sodium ou un complexe du type protéine - polysaccharide anionique composé de gélatine et d'alginate de sodium; on utilise en tant qu'agent de réticulation des sels hydrosolubles de calcium qui permettent d'obtenir une matrice non soluble de micro-granules; on peut utiliser en tant que matrice polymère avec liant un complexe du type protéine - polysaccharide anionique composé de gélatine et d'alginate de sodium, avec comme agent de réticulation des sels de fer hydrosolubles permettant d'obtenir une matrice non soluble de micro-granules.
