A device for preparing a fluid food at a desired consumption temperature on demand, and for preparing foods or food supplements from components selected based on personal preferences and/or nutritional needs of individual users. The device comprises two reservoirs (12, 14) of water, a container (18, 20) containing a food formula, a data processor (23) and a controller (24) for dispensing a selected quantity of water from each of the reservoirs and a selected quantity of food formula from the formula container into a mixing container (26). The invention is useful in preparing food for infants and in preparing food according to individualized nutritional requirements of individuals of all ages, and in personalized drink preparation.
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour préparer un aliment fluidique à une température de consommation voulue, sur demande, et pour préparer des aliments et des compléments alimentaires à partir de constituants sélectionnés en fonction de préférences personnelles et/ou de besoins nutritionnels d'utilisateurs individuels. Ce dispositif comprend deux réservoirs d'eau, un contenant contenant une formule alimentaire, un processeur de données et un dispositif de commande pour distribuer une quantité sélectionnée d'eau à partir de chaque réservoir et une quantité sélectionnée de formule alimentaire, du contenant de formule au contenant de mélange. L'invention est utile pour préparer des aliments destinés à des enfants et pour préparer des aliments selon des exigences nutritionnelles individualisées d'individus tous âges, et pour préparer des préparations à boire.
