The invention relates to a device (1) for conveying an inhomogeneous solid material, in particular, a biomass comprising a screw conveyor (2). According to said invention, the screw conveyor (2) is arranged in a sleeve (10) provided with a contra-worm (12), which enables to improve transportation and makes it possible to form a plug (30) which is made of a compressed material in the predetermined sections of the screw conveyor (2) and insulates the device from the outside. Said device can be coupled with at least one other screw conveyor (28) which can be exposed to a pressure which is higher than the pressure of the device (1). The worm erodes the plug (30) and transports the thus obtained material, for example to a pressurised reactor.
Un dispositif de convoyage (1) de matière solide inhomogène, notamment de biomasse, comprend une vis sans fin (2). Dans le cadre de l'invention, la vis sans fin (2) est localisée dans un manchon (10) muni d'une contrevis (12). La présence de cet élément (12) permet un meilleur transport, et l'éventuelle création d'un bouchon (30) de matière comprimée en des endroits de la vis (2) prédéterminés, qui isole le dispositif de l'extérieur. Il est possible de coupler ce dispositif avec une autre vis sans fin (28) au moins, qui peut être mise sous une pression supérieure au dispositif (1). La vis érode le bouchon (30) et transporte la matière ainsi obtenue, par exemple vers un réacteur pressurisé.
