ABSTRACT A feedthrough device for sealing of supplylines such as pipes or cable passing through a duct in a wall comprises first and second sealing portions which can be biased into contact with the duct in the wall , at either end thereof, and a flexible, for example convoluted, portion connecting the sealing portions which can be stretched or compressed axially to allow the length of the feedthrough device to be adjusted according to the thickness of the wall . Each sealing member contains a biassing means , for example a rolled spring, which can be activated after positioning the feedthrough device in the duct , to force the sealing members into contact with the duct .
