INVENTOR: HARRY Z?ST INVENTION: FEELER ELEMENT FOR THE ELECTRICAL MEASUREMENT OF INCLINATIONS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A feeler element for determining deviations from the vertical by measuring an electrical impedance which changes as a function of tilting between surface electrodes which are in contact with a liquid contained in a container. Each electrode is coupled with a respective electrode connection which can be connected from the outside. At least one thin- film electrode is applied to at least one electrically insulat- ing surface of a wall of the container and which surface con- fronts the liquid. Each such at least one thin-film electrode structure comprises a number of layers and at the outer surface of the multi-layer electrode structure which faces away from the wall of the container there is provided a vapor deposited, el- ectrochemically active black layer. This electrochemically active black layer can be galvanically treated after vapor deposition thereof.
