A vaginal discharge collector (10) including a body (14) for providing a space (19) for the collection of vaginal discharge and having an opening for the passage of vaginal discharge into the collection space, and a rim (11) for providing holding force sufficient for holding the collector in position during use, the rim being affixed to the body proximate its top. The body and the rim are flexible so that the body may be rolled up on the rim between a rolled-up position and a rolled-down position. The body may include a reservoir (12) for providing a reservoir space having a constant size. In another aspect of the invention, the collector includes a closure structure (33) for inhibiting the exit of vaginal discharge from the space. In another aspect of the invention, the collector provides time-released and/or non-time-released dosages of substances for both menstruating and non-menstruating females.
Collecteur de pertes vaginales (10) comportant un corps principal (14) formant un espace (19) où sont recueillies les pertes vaginales et muni d'une ouverture laissant passer les liquides dans ledit espace, et d'un rebord (11), fixé au corps près de son sommet, permettant de maintenir le dispositif en place pendant l'utilisation. Le corps et le rebord sont souples, ce qui permet d'enrouler à demi le corps sur le rebord. Le corps peut comprendre un réservoir (12) offrant un espace de collecte de taille constante. Dans une autre version de l'invention, le collecteur comprend un dispositif de fermeture (33) qui empêche les pertes vaginales de s'écouler hors de l'espace de collecte. Dans une autre version, le collecteur permet la libération, à retardement ou non, de doses de substances destinées aux femmes menstruées ou non.
