ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A fence panel has two parallel spaced apart frame members, attached at each end to support posts. A number of boards extend between the frame members, with pivotal means at each end of each board and on the frame members pivotally mounting the boards between the frame members. Means are provided for controlling the pivotal orientation of the boards in unison, and can include latching means for maintaining the boards in any one of a number of predetermined pivotal positions.
