The invention relates to a stop rule (16) comprising a longitudinally extending profiled hollow member (20) which has a substantially rectangular cross section and on which means (24, 24') are embodied for fixing the same to a table (10). One face of said profiled hollow member (20) is used as a guiding leg (26) with a coplanarly protruding extension (28) which is provided with a guide rule (30) for low workpieces on the front edge thereof. The guide rule (30) protrudes vertically from the stop rule (16) at a right angle in the horizontal position of the stop rule (16) in which the guiding leg (26) lies on the table (10). A carriage (32) that is movable in the longitudinal direction from outside is mounted in the longitudinally extending hollow space (22) of the profiled hollow member (20). At least one catching finger (60) which is guided through an elongate groove (72) in the profiled hollow member (20) protrudes from the carriage (32), the opening slot (74) of said groove (72) lying within the guide rule (30).
L'invention concerne une règle d'arrêt (16) comprenant un corps profilé creux (20) qui s'étend dans la direction longitudinale, qui présente une section transversale sensiblement rectangulaire, et qui comporte des moyens (24, 24') servant à fixer ce corps profilé creux sur une table de machine (10). Une face du corps profilé creux est configurée en tant que branche de guidage (26) et comporte une extension faisant saillie de manière coplanaire et comprenant une règle de guidage (30) pour les pièces à usiner peu élevées au niveau de l'arête antérieure. Cette règle de guidage fait saillie verticalement à partir de la règle d'arrêt, selon un angle droit, lorsque la règle d'arrêt se trouve en position horizontale, position dans laquelle la branche de guidage (26) repose sur la table de machine (10). Selon l'invention, un chariot (32) pouvant être déplacé de l'extérieur en direction longitudinale est monté dans l'espace creux (22) du corps profilé creux (20), qui s'étend en direction longitudinale. Au moins un doigt d'entraînement (60) qui est guidé dans une rainure longitudinale (72) ménagée dans le corps profilé creux (20), fait saillie à partir dudit chariot, la fente d'ouverture (74) de cette rainure longitudinale se trouvant dans la règle de guidage (30).
