Compounds of the formula I in the form of enantiomerically pure diastereomers or a mixture of diastereomers, (I), where the radicals R1 are identical or different and are each C1-C4-alkyl; m is 0 or an integer from 1 to 3; n is 0 or an integer from 1 to 4; R2 is a hydrocarbon radical or a C-bonded heterohydrocarbon radical; Cp is unsubstituted or C1-C4-alkyl-substituted cyclopentadienyl; Y is a C-bonded chiral group which directs metals of metallation reagents into the ortho position; and Phos is a P-bonded P(III) substituent. The compounds are chiral ligands for complexes of transition metals which are used as homogeneous catalysts in asymmetric syntheses.

L'invention concerne des composés de formule I sous forme de diastéréomères purs énantiomériquement ou d'un mélange de diastéréomères, (I), les radicaux R1 étant identiques ou différents et représentant chacun un alkyle en C1-C4 ; m représentant 0 ou un entier compris entre 1 et 3 ; n représentant 0 ou un entier compris entre 1 et 4 ; R2 représentant un radical hydrocarboné ou un radical hétérohydrocarboné lié sur un C ; Cp représentant un cyclopentadiényle non substitué ou substitué par un alkyle en C1-C4 ; Y représentant un groupement chiral lié sur un C qui dirige les métaux des réactifs de métallisation vers la position ortho ; et Phos représentant un substituant P(III) lié sur un P.
