ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A fertilizer with a degradative coating wherein the dissolving-out rate of the fertilizer component can be controlled by adjusting the composition of the coating component and the residual capsule after the dissolving out degrades by light is provided, which degradative coating comprises as its active ingredient, at least one member of polyolefin resins and at least one member selected from the group consisting of rubbery resins and ethylene-vinyl acetate-carbon monoxide copolymer.
