FEVER THERMOMETER, OR THE LIKE SENSOR ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A thermistor, which changes its electrical proper- ties as the temperature it senses changes, is inside a rela- tively thin sheath having the capacity to transmit heat to the thermistor substantially without diminution; electrical leads are supported on a supporting substrate; the thermistor is electrically connected between the leads and is mechanically supported by the leads; various ways of connecting the ther- mistor to the leads are disclosed; other sensing elements for sensing other conditions may also be employed.
