L'invention concerne une matrice de fibres multicoeurs convenant pour la communication optique, qui peut être produite facilement et à faible coût, et permet d'utiliser une quantité réduite d'agent adhésif pour fixer les fibres optiques sur un matériau de base. Cette matrice de fibres comprend un matériau de base permettant l'insertion des fibres optiques et une plaque de retenue permettant d'immobiliser les fibres optiques insérées par pression.
