Disclosed is a fiber composite component comprising first and second partial elements (1, 2) which at least border each other and are provided with one respective fiber structure (3, 4) and different matrix systems that embed the fiber structure (3, 4) while hardening in a different manner from a liquid state. In order to increase the stability of the connection between the two partial elements (1, 2), the matrix system of the first partial element (1) is liquefied first and irregularly penetrates into the area of the bordering second partial element (2), whereupon the matrix system of the second partial element (2) is liquefied, and the matrix systems are hardened. Embodying the irregular boundary surfaces results in the matrix systems engaging into each other or interlocking such that a boundary surface (5) having an increased shear strength is created. Alternatively, the first partial element is consolidated with a fiber structure (102a) that is not moistened by the matrix system (103) while leaving a transition area (104) which is to be connected to the second partial element (105), whereupon the second partial element (105) is consolidated once the matrix system (106) of the second partial element (105) has penetrated into the transition area (104) of the first partial element (101).
L'invention concerne un élément composite renforcé par des fibres, comportant au moins une première et une deuxième partie d'élément adjacentes (1, 2) qui présentent chacune une structure fibreuse (3, 4) et des systèmes matriciels différents enrobant chacun la structure fibreuse (3, 4), lesquels systèmes matriciels durcissent différemment d'un état liquide. L'objectif de cette invention est d'obtenir un élément composite de ce type pouvant être fabriqué avec une stabilité de liaison accrue entre les deux parties d'élément (1, 2). A cet effet, le système matriciel de la première partie d'élément (1) est d'abord liquéfié puis amené à pénétrer de façon irrégulière dans la zone de la deuxième partie d'élément (2) adjacente ; le système matriciel de la deuxième partie d'élément (2) est ensuite liquéfié et les systèmes matriciels sont durcis. La formation des interfaces irrégulières permet l'imbrication ou l'accrochage des systèmes matriciels, une interface (5) présentant une résistance accrue au cisaillement étant ainsi produite. Selon une variante, la première partie d'élément est consolidée avec la structure fibreuse (102a) non imprégnée du système matriciel (103), à l'exception d'une zone de transition (104) prévue pour le raccordement à la deuxième partie d'élément (105), puis la deuxième partie d'élément (105) est consolidée après une pénétration du système matriciel (106) de cette deuxième partie d'élément (105) dans la zone de transition (104) de la première partie d'élément (101).
