A fiber composite material (8) includes fibers and a resin connecting the fibers. It is the object of the invention to provide the composite material with a high strength while reducing resin consumption and with great flexibility with regard to subsequent deformation. To achieve this, threads (1) are being used that include a plurality of individual filaments (2, 3) and a resin, which can be crosslinked under an impact of at least one physical variable and/or one chemical substance, wherein the resin is provided in non crosslinked condition, but is essentially solvent-free, and holds the individual filaments (2, 3) in the thread (1) together, wherein the individual filaments (2, 3) are arranged unidirectional to each other, and wherein the threads (1) form a composite by bonding together at contact surfaces (12a, 12b) of their respective external enveloping surfaces through bridges (13a, 13b). The invention further relates to a fiber composite material comprising resin in a crosslinked state as well as a method for producing the fiber composite material.
L'invention concerne un matériau composite renforcé par fibres (8) contenant des fibres et une résine reliant les fibres. Pour atteindre une grande rigidité du matériau tout en réduisant la quantité de résine, et une grande flexibilité en vue d'une mise en forme ultérieure, l'invention prévoit d'employer des fils (1) contenant une pluralité de filaments individuels (2, 3) et la résine pouvant être réticulée sous l'effet d'au moins une grandeur physique et/ou d'au moins une substance chimique. A l'état non réticulé, la résine est sensiblement exempte de solvants et maintient ensemble les filaments individuels (2, 3) dans le fil (1). Les filaments individuels (2, 3) sont orientés de façon unidirectionnelle les uns par rapport aux autres et les fils (1) forment un matériau composite du fait qu'ils sont collés les uns aux autres au niveau de surfaces de contact (12a, 12b) de leurs surfaces périphériques respectives au moyen de ponts (13a, 13b). L'invention concerne également un matériau composite renforcé par fibres contenant de la résine à l'état réticulé et un procédé de fabrication desdits matériaux composites renforcés par fibres (8).
