ABSTRACT A fiber reinforced plastic lattice body formed by arranging continuous reinforcing fibers impregnating with an uncured thermosetting resin in a lattice form. During or after the resin being cured, a heater element capable of generating heat by electric conduction is embedded in or attached onto the lattice body to form a one-piece body. The lattice body is used for concrete reinforcing material.
