A device for obtaining a sample of fiber from an aqueous slurry of fiber flowing through a stock line (8), comprising a first isolation inlet valve element (5) together with a water supply orifice, located inside a fiber stock line; a second isolation valve means (4), and a third isolation valve (7), mounted in flow series from the sample inlet point on the stock line. This device allows a complete water purging down through the inlet valve element, as well as fiber samples to flow out of the stock line in the presence of diluent water. Samples flow from the first isolation valve means to a final collection point, without contamination or plugging.
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour prélever un échantillon de fibre d'un boue aqueuse de fibre circulant dans une ligne de pâte (8), comprenant un premier élément d'entrée à soupape d'isolement (5) conjointement avec un orifice d'alimentation en eau, situé à l'intérieur d'une ligne de pâte fibreuse; un deuxième moyen à soupape d'isolement (4) et une troisième soupape d'isolement (7) montée en série, dans le circuit d'écoulement, depuis le point d'entrée de l'échantillon sur la ligne de pâte. Le dispositif permet à l'eau d'être évacuée intégralement à travers l'élément d'entrée à soupape, et aux échantillons de fibre de s'écouler et de sortir de la ligne de pâte, en présence d'eau diluante. Les échantillons s'écoulent du premier moyen à soupape d'isolement jusqu'à un point de collecte final, sans contamination ni obstruction.
