FIBERGLASS REINFORCED HALOBISPHENOLETHYLENE POLYCARBONATES ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A thermoplastic composition comprising halobis- phenolethylene polycarbonates containing glass fiber reinforcing agents is described. These compositions exhibit improved notched Izod impact properties as well as excellent flame retardancy characteristics. The fiberglass reinforced polycarbonates can be solution cast, molded, and extruded and formed into films, sheets, fibers or laminates or other articles of manufacture by conventional techniques.
