FIBRE OPTICAL CABLE PULLING EYE Abstract of the Disclosure A device for attachment to fibre optic cable for pulling such cable through trunking systems or the like, includes a tubular body for receiving an end of the cable and adapted for crimping around the cable. A head portion of the device, in alignment with the tubular portion, includes means for locking a central strength member of the cable into the device. In a preferred embodiment the locking means consists of a plurality of set screws spaced throughout the length of the head portion and serving to crimp and secure the strength member to the pulling device.
