Book-like construction (1) such as a passport with a number of pages including a non-hinged holder page. The non-hinged holder page (2) is composed of a relatively stiff material and has to be connected by means of a separate hinged part (5) to the remainder of . the book-like construction (1) . The hinged part (5) according to the invention is made of a fabric-reinforced plastic material in which the plastic can be fusible with the plastic of the non-hinged holder page (2) . The fixing is carried out ultrasonically, and more particularly by providing surface irregularities on one of the two parts to be fixed to each other.
L'invention concerne une contexture de type livre (1) tel qu'un passeport avec un certain nombre de pages comprenant une page de couverture non articulée. La page de couverture non articulée (2) est composée d'un matériau relativement rigide et doit être raccordée au moyen d'une partie articulée séparée (5) au reste de la contexture de type livre (1). La partie articulée (5) selon l'invention est faite d'un matériau plastique renforcé par un tissu dans lequel le plastique peut être fusible avec le plastique de la page de couverture non articulée (2). La fixation est réalisée de manière ultrasonore, et plus particulièrement en produisant des irrégularités de surface sur une des deux parties à fixer l'une à l'autre.
