This invention relates to a fibre-reinforced prepreg that is made of a plurality of fibres impregnated with a thermoset polymer, about which is disposed a thermoplastic coating. The prepregs can be consolidated into composites, for example by pultrusion or by forming laminates. The composites formed thereby can be shaped and reshaped when the thermoplastic polymer is in a molten state.
