The present invention provides fibril based fibers for use in filters and artificial leather, an industrially advantageous method of manufacturing such fibril based fibers, and a spinning nozzle. The fibril based fibers of the invention are composed of a high molecular polymer having a capability of forming at least one kind of film, and are structured such that fibrillated fibers having a diameter of 10 µm or less branch from a main fiber having a width of 0.1 to 500 µm and a length of 10 µm to 10 cm.
Fibres à base de fibrilles destinées à la fabrication de filtres et de cuir artificiel, procédé de fabrication avantageux sur le plan industriel de ces fibres à base de fibrilles et buse de filage utilisée dans le cadre de ce procédé. Ces fibres à base de fibrilles sont constituées d'un polymère à poids moléculaire élevé offrant la possibilité de former au moins un type de film. Elles sont structurées de telle sorte que les fibres fibrillées d'un diametre de 10 µm ou moins se ramifient à partir d'une fibre principale d'une largeur de 0,1 a 500 µm et d'une longueur allant de 10 µm à 10 cm.
