The invention relates to a flowable fibrin glue granulate containing thrombin, Factor XIII, fibrinogen and a calcium salt in the form of granules with a particle size of more than 50 µm to 1000 µm. Said granulate is useful for the healing of wounds in surgery, tissue therapy and/or as supporting material for biological factors. The invention also relates to an effervescent granulate and an effervescent powder for producing a foam that is suitable for hemostasis. The invention further relates to preparations to arrest bleeding containing an non-woven fabric for wounds consisting of a biodegradable supporting material that is coated with a fibrin glue granulate mixture or mixed granulate.
L'invention concerne des granulés de colle de fibrine contenant de la thrombine, un facteur XIII, du fibrinogène et un sel de calcium, se présentant en petits grains d'une granulométrie de 50 µm à 1000 µm. Ces granulés sont utilisés pour la cicatrisation, en chirurgie, pour le traitement des tissus et/ou comme matériaux supports pour des facteurs biologiques. L'invention concerne en outre des granulés effervescents et des poudres effervescentes destinés à générer une mousse à propriétés hémostatiques. L'invention concerne, par ailleurs, des préparations pour le contrôle d'hémorragies, renfermant un non-tissé constitué par un matériau support biodégradable et enduit d'un mélange de granulés de colle de fibrine ou de granulés mixtes.
