The objective is to develop a device that generates power with high efficiency and utilizes the obtained electrical energy effectively without external combustion energy such as fossil fuels or the like. Electrical energy is obtained by carriers passing through a potential barrier due to a field effect, and thus energy is pre-supplied to the carriers to increase the number of carriers contributing to electrical energy generation, whereby a highly efficient field power generation device can be realized.

L'objectif de cette invention est de développer un composant qui génère efficacement de la puissance et fait une utilisation efficace de l'énergie électrique obtenue sans fourniture d'énergie de combustion provenant de carburants fossiles ou autres issus de l'extérieur. L'énergie électrique est obtenue par des porteurs traversant une barrière de potentiel en utilisant un effet de champ. Ainsi, avec une alimentation préliminaire d'énergie vers les porteurs, de nombreux porteurs contribueront à la génération d'énergie électrique et on peut réaliser un composant très efficace de génération de puissance à effet de champ.
