The apparatus described is used in the manufacture of a reinforcing component from a filament laid directly in its final position by projecting segments of the said filament onto a receiving surface (S). The apparatus includes an assembly (5) including wheels (15) for drawing the filament (1), a rotary conduit (2), a knife (3) for cutting the filament and releasing a segment (10) at each rotation of the said rotary conduit (2). The said apparatus also includes a filament guide (4) to receive the filament segments. The filament guide includes deflectors (43) that apply pressure to the filament. The said pressure can be adjusted by pressure screws (7).
L'appareil décrit permet la fabrication d'un renforcement à partir d'un fil déposé directement à sa place finale en projetant des tronçons dudit fil sur une surface de réception (S). L'appareil comporte un ensemble (5) comprenant des galets (15) d'appel de fil (1), un conduit rotatif (2), un couteau (3) pour sectionner le fil et libérer un tronçon (10) à chaque tour dudit conduit rotatif (2). Ledit appareil comprend en outre un guide-fil (4) pour recevoir des tronçons de fil. Le guide-fil comporte des déflecteurs (43) exerçant une pression sur le fil. Ladite pression peut être réglée par des vis de pression (7).
