ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a filing device for perforated documentation, comprising a pin-type binder for attachment to a file cover, wherein the device has a plurality of filing elements, a carrier rail to one side of which said elements are secured, a pin mechanism co-operable with said elements to close the binder and, when said rail and said mechanism are attached to a file cover, also to lock back and front cover sections of said file together, and a pair of suspension brackets and mountings therefor to mount said brackets alongside said rail for pivotal movement about an axis alongside said rail, said mountings further allowing said brackets to be moved towards and away from one another along said axis.
