To simplify the operation of an input unit of a filling apparatus and achieve accurate filling of packaging containers (9) with a liquid food. The filling apparatus comprises a read-out unit (25) which reads out packaging material information from a magnetic recording medium layer mounted on the packaging material (10), a sealing unit (7) for sealing the packaging material {10), and a filling unit (8) for charging the liquid food supplied thereto. Also included is a filling unit controller, which outputs control signals to the sealing unit (7) and the filling unit (8) in accordance with a predetermined program based on the packaging material information and liquid information sent from the read-out unit (25). The filling apparatus reads out necessary packaging material information from the magnetic recording medium layer at the time of filling, and charges the liquid food in accordance with the packaging material information and liquid information, and seals the packaging material (10).
Machine destinée au remplissage d'aliments liquides dans un récipient (9) de conditionnement, cette machine simplifiant le fonctionnement de l'unité d'amenée et pouvant déverser avec précision des aliments liquides. La machine comporte un lecteur (25) décriptant les informations inscrites sur un matériau d'emballage (10) à partir d'une couche d'un milieu d'enregistrement magnétique appliqué sur ce matériau (10). Un élément d'étanchéité (7) assure la fermeture étanche du matériau de conditionnement (10) et un élément de remplissage (8) permet d'assurer le remplissage en aliments liquides. La machine comporte également un régulateur de remplissage, conçu pour produire un signal de commande destiné à l'unité de fermeture (7) et à l'unité de remplissage (8), en fonction d'un programme prédéterminé et sur la base des informations incrites sur le matériau de conditionnement (10) ainsi que des informations communiquées à partir du lecteur (25) au sujet de l'aliment liquide. Cette machine de remplissage est capable de lire les informations nécessaires inscrites sur le matériau de conditionnement (10) à partir d'une couche d'un milieu d'enregistrement magnétique au moment où l'aliment liquide est déversé, de déverser cet aliment liquide dans le récipient (9) sur la base des informations inscrites sur le matériau de remplissage et des informations concernant le liquide, et de fermer de manière étanche ce matériau de conditionnement (10).
