A filling device filling a filler formed of fine grains or fine strips into a bag-shaped skin material, comprising an exhaust gas source, an exhaust gas filling container having an internal hollow where the skin material is disposed, an exhaust gas port for communicating the hollow with the exhaust gas source, and a charging port matching an opening part for charging the filling material; and a feed container, for feeding the filling material, formed of a cover part, peripheral parts, and a bottom part, having a discharge port communicating with the charging port of the exhaust gas filling container through an air inlet hole and communication means provided at the top of the feed container, and also having a liftable bottom part.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de remplissage remplissant une matière de peau en forme de sac d'une charge constituée de grains fins ou de bandes fines, comprenant une source de gaz d'échappement, un récipient de remplissage de gaz d'échappement présentant un creux intérieur dans lequel est disposée la matière de peau, un orifice de gaz d'échappement destiné à faire communiquer le creux avec la source de gaz d'échappement, ainsi qu'un orifice de charge s'adaptant à une partie d'ouverture destinée à la charge de la matière de remplissage; ainsi qu'un récipient d'alimentation destiné à acheminer la matière de remplissage, constitué d'une partie de couvercle, de parties périphériques et d'une partie de fond, présentant un orifice de décharge communiquant avec l'orifice de charge du récipient de remplissage de gaz d'échappement par l'intermédiaire d'un trou d'admission d'air et de moyens de communication ménagés au niveau de la partie supérieure du récipient d'alimentation, et présentant également une partie de fond soulevable.
