The invention relates to a filling machine and to a method for packing comestibles, especially drinks, in upwardly open composite packagings, and for closing the same, using a packaging transport device, a sterilisation unit, a drying unit, a filling unit and a closing unit. The aim of the invention is to gain more time for the individual processes (sterilising, filling and closing), maintaining the same output, and to prevent the unwanted formation of foam. To this end, a plurality of groups combined to form processing lines and consisting of a sterilisation unit, a drying unit and a filling unit, are arranged on a rotary-table machine (1) in a fixed manner, and the transport direction of the composite packagings (P) on the rotary-table machine extends radially about the rotational axis (R).
L'invention concerne une machine de remplissage et un procédé pour emballer des denrées alimentaires, notamment des boissons, dans des emballages composites ouverts vers le haut, et pour fermer ces derniers. Ladite machine de remplissage et ledit procédé font appel à une unité de transport d'emballages, une unité de stérilisation, une unité de séchage, une unité de remplissage et une unité de fermeture. L'objectif de l'invention est de permettre de disposer de plus de temps pour les opérations individuelles (stérilisation, remplissage et fermeture) tout en conservant un même rendement, et d'éviter la formation de mousse indésirable. A cet effet, une pluralité d'ensembles réunis sous la forme de lignes de traitement et constitués d'une unité de stérilisation, d'une unité de séchage et d'une unité de remplissage, est placée de manière fixe sur un plateau tournant (1). De plus, le transport des emballages composites (P) sur le plateau tournant s'effectue radialement autour de l'axe de rotation (R).
