A filling machine comprising at least one filling tube (22), whereby a product flows through said filling tube and said filling tube is placed opposite the opening of a receptacle that is to be filled. The invention is characterized in that the feed for the filling tube (22) is controlled by a valve (30) which is arranged in a downward slewed position in relation to the tube (22) and the valve (30) is joined to the tube (22) by a feed pipe(28).
