The invention relates to a filling-prohibiting device (3, 3') to be permanently attached to the neck (40) of a vessel containing a liquid and to be closed by a plugging cap (2, 2'), wherein said device has an axis (10) coinciding with the axis of said neck when it is attached thereto, characterised in that it comprises an axial duct (39, 39') for dispensing sand liquid, having a transverse wall (6, 6') extending therethrough which is permanently attached to the filling-prohibiting device (3, 3') and comprises a plurality of through-channels (63), each of said through-channels (63) connecting an outer opening (60) oriented towards the outside of the vessel to an inner opening (61) oriented towards the inside of the vessel, the smallest dimension of said outer opening (60) being smaller than a critical dimension determined according to the critical surface tension of the material of said transverse wall, typically about 0.7 mm, and in which the smallest dimension of said inner opening (61) is larger than said critical dimension.
Dispositif d'irremplissabilité (3, 3'), destiné à être fixé de manière irréversible au goulot (40) d'un récipient contenant un liquide et à être fermé par une capsule de bouchage (2, 2'), ledit dispositif présentant un axe (10) coïncidant avec l'axe dudit goulot lorsqu'il est fixé sur celui-ci, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un conduit axial (39, 39') de distribution dudit liquide traversé par une paroi transversale (6, 6'), fixée de façon irréversible audit dispositif d'irremplissabilité (3, 3') et munie d'une pluralité de canaux traversants (63), chacun desdits canaux traversants (63) reliant un orifice extérieur (60) orienté vers l'extérieur du récipient à un orifice intérieur (61) orienté vers l'intérieur du récipient, la plus petite dimension dudit orifice extérieur (60) étant inférieure à une dimension critique déterminée en fonction de la tension de surface critique du matériau constitutif de ladite paroi transversale, typiquement voisine de 0,7 mm, et dans lequel la plus petite dimension dudit orifice intérieur (61) est supérieure à ladite dimension critique.
