For the rapid and reliable sluicing of infectious waste without a release of infectious germs, the rotary vane (6) is arranged as a swingable partition wall between axially adjacent chambers (2, 3) and can be brought via an inflatable continuous sealing element (10) to bear in a sealingly closing manner on the inner wall (9) of the sluice housing (1).
