A film cleaning system for removing debris from film is described. The film cleaning system includes at least one cleaning member. Associated with each cleaning member is an adhesive member. As the film begins its transport through the cleaning system and is brought into contact with the cleaning member the adhesive member is engaged with the cleaning member. The cleaning member removes debris from the film and the adhesive member prevents the cleaning member from being loaded with debris from the film providing a self-cleaning attribute as well as improving the quality and cleanliness of the film.
La présente invention concerne un système de nettoyage de pellicule permettant de retirer des débris d'une pellicule. Le système de nettoyage de pellicule comprend au moins un élément de nettoyage. Un élément adhésif est associé à chaque élément de nettoyage. Lorsque la pellicule commence à se déplacer à travers le système de nettoyage et qu'elle est amenée en contact avec l'élément de nettoyage, l'élément adhésif est solidarisé avec l'élément de nettoyage. L'élément de nettoyage retire les débris de la pellicule et l'élément adhésif empêche l'élément de nettoyage de se charger de débris provenant de la pellicule en définissant un attribut d'auto-nettoyage et en améliorant la qualité et la propreté de la pellicule.
