The object of the invention is to provide a plastic film distinguished in corona resistant characteristic at a low cost without lowering mechanical strength proper to the film, and yet, prove novel insulated wires, coils, and electric motors capable of fully responding to demand for providing electric trains with higher running speed and higher acceleration and deceleration. A film 10 distinguished in corona resistant characteristic according to the invention shown in Fig. 1 comprises a high thermal conductive layer 14 formed by laminating inorganic compound or inorganic material having a minimum of 2W/m K, desirably a minimum of 6W/m K, preferably a minimum of 15W/m K, of thermal conductivity at least on a single surface of a base film 12. Another Example of the inventive film distinguished in corona resistant characteristic provides at least a single surface of the film with a maximum of 1013 .OMEGA. of superficial electrical resistance, desirably a maximum of 1012 .OMEGA. of said resistance and a minimum of 1014 .OMEGA. cm of volume electrical resistivity, desirably a minimum of 1015 .OMEGA. cm of said resistance. Fig. 1 illustrates structure of the inventive film 10 distinguished in corona resistant characteristic, which provides a low-electrical-resistance layer 14 incorporating a predetermined electrical resistance value by way of laminating inorganic compound or inorganic material at least on a single surface of the base film 12. As a result of completing the above structure, the invention provides a novel film distinguished in corona resistant characteristic at a low cost without lowering mechanical strength of the film itself, and in addition, the invention also provides such insulated wires, coils, and electric motors distinguished in corona resistant characteristic respectively incorporating novel insulation material comprising the inventive film.
L'invention concerne un film en plastique présentant d'excellentes caractéristiques de résistance à effet corona, que l'on peut fabriquer à moindres frais sans en réduire la résistance mécanique, ainsi qu'un fil, une bobine et un moteur électriques isolés, susceptibles de remplir les conditions requises pour augmenter la vitesse, la vitesse d'accélération et de décélération d'un véhicule de chemin de fer électrique. Un film (10) présentant d'excellentes caractéristiques de résistance à effet corona selon l'invention, et représenté dans la figure 1, comprend un élément de base '12) et une couche à conductivité thermique élevée (14) formée par superposition, sur au moins une surface de l'élément de base (12), d'un composé organique et d'un matériau inorganique présentant une conductivité thermique d'au moins 2W/m.K, de préférence d'au moins 6W/m.K et idéalement d'au moins 15W/m.K. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, au moins une surface dudit film présente une résistance électrique d'au plus 10<13> OMEGA , et de préférence d'au plus 10<12> OMEGA , ainsi qu'une résistivité volumique électrique d'au moins 10<14> OMEGA . cm, de préférence d'au moins 10<15> OMEGA .cm. Plus spécifiquement, ledit film (10) est constitué d'une couche (14) à faible résistance prédéterminée et est formé par superposition d'un composé inorganique et d'un matériau inorganique sur au moins une surface d'un élément de base (12). Ainsi, on obtient un film présentant d'excellentes caractéristiques de résistance à effet corona sans réduire la résistance mécanique de celui-ci, ainsi qu'un fil, une bobine et un moteur électriques présentant d'excellentes caractéristiques de résistance à effet corona dans lesquels ledit film est utilisé.
