A dense interconnector film is formed on a fuel electrode while preventing a solid-state reaction between calcium contained in the interconnector material and zirconia contained in the fuel electrode material. When a interconnector film (5) of a lanthanum chromite-type perovskite oxide containing calcium in the composition is formed on a fuel electrode (2) which contains zirconia in the composition, an intermediate layer (6) is formed on the fuel electrode (2) using (Sr0.9La0.1)(Ti0.9Nb0.1)O3, and then the interconnector film (5) is formed on the intermediate layer (6).
