Abstract of the Disclosure A film-forming composition containing a broad spectrum antimicrobial as an antimicrobial agent. The composition forms a film which is a substantially fluid-resistant, substantially tack-free, flexible film which adheres to skin and releases the antimicrobial agent to skin.
