-23- Abstract A film type battery and a layer-built film type battery of this invention are characterized in that portions (31 and 41) where active materials, electrolytes and sealing agents (2a and 2b) do not exist are left on a positive current collector plate (3) and a negative current collector plate (4), terminal pieces (53 and 54) are fitted to one sides of respective current collector plates (3 and 4). Since the portions (31 and 41) function as heat radiation fins, heat radiation can be done well.
