A process for using a carriage for unwinding packaging film which comprises a stand and a supporting shaft for a film reel. A device is provided with rollers having axes parallel to that of the supporting shaft. The carriage is intended to be incorporated in a packaging machine. The process includes an initial phase for associating a reel with a supporting shaft and a subsequent phase for positioning the film web in the roller device comprising two upstream and downstream main rollers defining between them a passage and designed to pivot about their axes in opposite directions. Further, a phase for unwinding the film for the packaging of the load is provided wherein, during the phase of positioning the film web, the starting point is an initial state in which the upstream and downstream guide rollers are relatively displaced from their final operational location to a temporary initial positioning location. Also in an initial introduction phase, an initial end of the film is introduced between the upstream main roller and guide roller and in the direction of the downstream main roller. Further, in a subsequent running phase, the upstream and downstream main rollers are pivoted about their axes, and a particular length of film is made to run in the direction of its introduction into the device. In a final positioning phase, as a result of a relative displacement the upstream and downstream guide rollers are brought from their initial location to their final operational location, the effect of this being to bend the film, at the same time laying it against the upstream and downstream main rollers.
Procédé d'utilisation d'un chariot pour dérouler une pellicule d'emballage comprenant un support et un axe de support pour la bobine de la pellicule. Un dispositif comprend des rouleaux dont les axes sont parallèles à l'axe de support. Le chariot est conçu pour qu'on l'incorpore à une machine d'emballage. Ce procédé comporte une phase initiale où l'on associe une bobine à un axe de support et une phase subséquente où l'on positionne la bande continue de pellicule dans le dispositif à rouleaux muni de deux rouleaux principaux situés en amont et en aval qui délimitent entre eux un passage et qui sont en mesure de pivoter autour de leur axe dans des directions opposées. Une autre phase sert à dérouler la pellicule pour emballer la charge. Pour cette étape, qui a lieu au cours de la phase de positionnement de la bande continue de pellicule, le point de départ est un état initial pour lequel on déplace les rouleaux de guidage situés en amont et en aval par rapport à leur emplacement de fonctionnement final en les remisant temporairement à un emplacement de positionnement initial. De plus, au cours d'une phase initiale d'introduction de la pellicule, une extrémité initiale de la pellicule est introduite entre le rouleau principal, situé en amont, et le rouleau de guidage tout en la faisant avancer dans la direction du rouleau principal situé en aval. D'autre part, au cours d'une phase subséquente du fonctionnement, les rouleaux principaux en amont et en aval tournent sur leur axe, et l'on déroule une longueur particulière de pellicule dans la direction de son introduction dans le dispositif. Au cours d'une phase de positionnement finale, parce que les rouleaux de guidage situés en amont et en aval ont été déplacés, on les redéplace alors de l'emplacement initial à l'emplacement final de fonctionnement, ce qui a pour effet de courber la pellicule tout en la plaquant contre les rouleaux principaux situés en amont et en aval.
