23443-467 ABSTRACT A film prepared from a thermoplastic moulding composition comprising a mixture of components 1 and 2, wherein component 1 is a high-impact graft copolymer containing from 95 to 85 % of a vinylaromatic and from 5 to 15 % of a 1,3-diene, and component 2 is a linear or radial block copolymer containing from 25 to 45 % of a vinylaromatic and from 75 to 55 % of a 1,3-diene, and component 1 makes up from 55 to 70 % of the mixture. The film has significantly improved tensile strength, high elasticity, excellent solubility in monomeric vinylaromatics low gel content and good weldability and is suitable for packaging low-viscosity rubbers, in particular those used as impact-modifiers for thermoplastics.
