Disclosed are an olefin polymer film or sheet produced from an olefin polymer or an olefin polymer composition, having a melt flow rate from 2,000 to 500,000mPa?s and a density from 1 to 500 g/m2, a multilayer sheet comprising at least one layer of such film or sheet bonded with at least one layer made of paper or cardboard; and processes for preparing same. Also disclosed is a container manufactured with the above mentioned multilayer sheet.
