Disclosed is a filter assembly, comprising: a radially expandable vascular flow-increasing device, and a filter including an expandable proximal opening having an operative connection with the radially expandable vascular flow-increasing device, the proximal opening configured to expand in conjunction with expansion of the device, such that when the opening is in an expanded configuration, the filter is configured to filter debris from a fluid stream in which the filter is disposed.

L'invention concerne un ensemble filtre comprenant : un dispositif d'augmentation de flux vasculaire extensible radialement ; et un filtre comportant une ouverture proximale extensible pourvue d'un raccord fonctionnel avec le dispositif d'augmentation de flux vasculaire, cette ouverture proximale étant configurée pour s'élargir en lien avec l'élargissement du dispositif, de sorte que, lorsque l'ouverture se trouve dans une configuration élargie, le filtre soit configuré pour filtrer des débris provenant d'un écoulement de fluide dans lequel est disposé le filtre.
