A filter assembly is provided for obtaining a filtered liquid sample from slurry, such as a liquid process stream that contains liquid, dissolved matter and solids. A housing (21) defines a cavity. A rod (28) is arranged in the cavity and supports a filter (49) . A cartridge (27) comprises the filter (49) , and is arranged between the housing (21) and the rod (28) . Furthermore, there is a helicoidal passage for a slurry defined by the housing and the cartridge. There is also a cavity defined by the rod and the cartridge. The slurry has velocity that generates scouring and cleaning action on the filter media thus preventing cake formation on the filter. The filtering apparatus of the present invention provides reliable and continuous on-line sample delivery for an analyzer.
La présente invention concerne un ensemble filtre permettant d'obtenir un échantillon de liquide filtré à partir d'une suspension épaisse, tel qu'un flux de processus liquide qui contient un liquide, de la matière dissoute et des solides. Un boîtier (21) définit une cavité. Une tige (28) est agencée dans cette cavité et supporte un filtre (49). Une cartouche (27) comprend le filtre (49) et est agencé entre le boîtier (21) et la tige (28). Par ailleurs, il existe un passager hélicoïdal destiné à la suspension épaisse défini par le boîtier et la cartouche. Il existe aussi une cavité définie par la tige et la cartouche. La suspension épaisse possède une vitesse qui génère une action de décapage et de nettoyage sur le milieu filtre empêchant ainsi une formation d'un gâteau de filtration sur le filtre. Le dispositif de filtration de cette invention fournit un apport d'échantillon en ligne continue pour un analyseur.
