S01226 S79P124 FILTER CIRCUIT ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A filter circuit whose cut-off frequency is easily con- trolled and which can be manufactured as an integrated circuit. The base electrode of a first transistor is connected to an input terminal by a reactance element, such as a capacitor. Second and third transistor are connected in differential amplifier con- figuration, and a current source is connected to the common connec- tion of the emitter electrodes thereof. The emitter electrode of the first transistor is connected to the base electrode of the second transistor and the base electrode of the first transistor is connected to the collector electrode of the second transistor. An output terminal is connected to at least one of the collector and emitter electrodes of the first transistor. -i-
