The invention relates to a filter device, in particular for filtering melt- type fluids, such as polymer melts, comprising at least one filter disk (10) having two filter disk halves (12, 14) connected to each other by their edges and outwardly fitted with a filter tissue (18). The filter disk halves (12, 14), held apart by a supporting device (46), delimit a substantially free hollow area (16) between them, through which a fluid can flow freely. Inwardly, they delimit an outflow opening (44) for the melt-type filtered fluid. The invention is characterized in that the supporting device (46) has individual supporting cams (32) of substantially equal outer dimensions and arranged in several groups (34, 36, 38, 40, 42). Separated from each other, said supporting cams (32) extend radially outwards from the outflow opening (44), are rigidly connected to at least one of the two halves (12, 14), and traverse the hollow area (16) in such a way as to rest against the respective other filter disk half (14, 12). This results in a filter device which is economical to produce and which has enhanced filter performance when in operation. It is suited particularly to filtering melt-type fluids, such as polymer melts, under high pressure.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de filtration, en particulier pour la filtration de fluides du type fondu, tels que des masses fondues de polymères, comprenant au moins un disque filtrant (10) présentant deux moitiés (12, 14) liées entre elles par leurs bords, garnies vers l'extérieur d'un matériau en tissu filtrant (18), maintenues à distance entre elles par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif support (46), délimitant entre elles un espace creux (16) pouvant être parcouru sensiblement librement par un fluide, et délimitant vers l'intérieur un orifice de sortie (44) pour le fluide filtré en fusion. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le dispositif support (46) présente des éléments d'insertion individuels (32) de dimensions extérieures sensiblement égales, agencés en plusieurs groupes (34, 36, 38, 40, 42), séparés les uns des autres, s'étendant radialement vers l'extérieur à partir de l'orifice de sortie (44), et qui sont reliés rigidement avec au moins l'une des deux moitiés (12, 14) et traversant l'espace creux (16) de manière à prendre appui avec chaque autre moitié (14, 12). On réalise ainsi un dispositif de filtration d'un coût de fabrication économique et présentant, en régime de fonctionnement, un rendement de filtration élevé, et convenant notamment pour la filtration, sous pressions élevées, de fluides du type en fusion, tels que des masses fondues de polymères.
