The invention relates to a membrane module in order to filter media which are capable of flowing. Said module incorporates an integrated heat exchanger. According to the invention, the membrane module has the following characteristics: a plurality of rod-shaped, porous, ceramic filter elements (1) (ceramic rods); the ceramic rods (1) are provided with continuous bores (1.1) located parallel to an axis; the ceramic rods are arranged parallel to each other and a lid (3, 4) covers the end thereof; the ceramic rods (1) are sealed at their circumferences against the lid (3, 4); a lid (3) located at one of the membrane modules is provided with an inlet (2.1) for the medium to be treated and a lid (4) located at the other end is provided with an outlet (2.2) in order to allow the media to flow out; each ceramic rod (1) is surrounded by a sheath tube (5); an annular gap (6) is situated between the sheath tubes of each ceramic rod and the inner surface of the corresponding sheath tubes; the annular gaps are conductingly connected to each; the lid (3, 4), ceramic rods and casing pipes (5) are surrounded by a housing (2) which is securely connected to the lid; the housing (2) comprises an inlet (2.3) for the introduction of permeate into the annular (6) gap and an outlet for draining off permeate from the annular gap. The housing also comprises an inlet (2.7) and an outlet (2.8) for directing a thermally conducting material through the intermediate chamber pertaining to each individual sheath tubing (5) and the housing (2); each ceramic rod (1) is surrounded by an interrupted tube (8) which is located in the annular gap (6) and extends over a substantial proportion of the length of said gap.

L'invention concerne un module membranaire utilisé pour filtrer des substances coulantes, qui comporte un échangeur de chaleur intégré. Selon l'invention, ledit module membranaire présente les caractéristiques suivantes: il est pourvu d'une pluralité d'éléments filtrants (1) en forme de barres, poreux, céramiques ( barres de céramique); les barres de céramique (1) présentent des alésages traversants (1.1) parallèles à l'axe; les barres de céramique sont disposées parallèlement l'une par rapport à l'autre et fixées à leurs extrémités par des couvercles (3, 4); les barres de céramique (1) sont rendues étanches au niveau de leurs périphéries en contact avec les couvercles (3, 4); le couvercle (3) se trouvant à une extrémité du module membranaire comporte un orifice d'admission (2.1) par lequel arrive la substance à traiter, et le couvercle (4) se trouvant à l'autre extrémité comporte un orifice d'évacuation (2.2) par lequel sort la substance; chaque barre de céramique (1) est entourée d'une gaine (5); entre la surface enveloppe de chaque barre de céramique et la surface intérieure de la gaine associée est formé un espace annulaire (6); les espaces annulaires sont en communication fluidique; les couvercles (3, 4), les barres de céramique ainsi que les gaines (5) sont entourées par un carter (2) qui est relié rigidement aux couvercles; le carter (2) comporte un orifice d'admission (2.3) par lequel le perméat entre dans les annulaires (6), et un orifice de sortie par lequel le perméat est évacué des espaces annulaires, et également un orifice d'admission (2.7) et un orifice de sortie (2.8) qui permettent le passage d'un caloporteur à travers l'espace intermédiaire compris entre chaque gaine (5) et le carter (2); et chaque barre de céramique (1) est entourée d'un tuyau flexible ajouré (8) qui se trouve dans l'espace annulaire (6) et qui s'étend au moins sur une partie de la longueur de celui-ci.
