The invention concerns a filter with surface acoustic wave resonators using an equivalent electrical bridge structure to obtain a good form relationship (relationship between the filter rejection band and its pass band). The bridge arms advantageously comprise the paralleling of several resonators, thereby not requiring additional electrical elements as in the prior art which provides for the use of series-connected resonators. The invention also concerns particular implantation methods for preparing equivalent structures to paralleling several resonators.

L'invention concerne un filtre à ondes acoustiques de surface utilisant une structure à pont équivalent électrique, pour obtenir un bon rapport de forme (rapport entre la bande de rejection du filtre et sa bande passante). Les bras du pont comportent avantageusement la mise en parallèle de plusieurs résonateurs, permettant de s'affranchir d'éléments électriques supplémentaires comme dans l'art connu qui propose d'utiliser des mises en série de résonateurs. L'invention concerne des implantations particulières permettant d'élaborer des structures équivalentes à la mise en parallèle de plusieurs résonateurs.
