An improvement in a type of filtration apparatus which includes a housing having an inlet, an outlet, and a filter disposed between the inlet and the outlet so that fluids must flow through the filter in order to pass from the inlet to the outlet. The improvement is characterized by a first housing section with first peripheral edge and a second housing section with a second peripheral edge. One of the first peripheral edge of the first housing section or the second peripheral edge of the second housing section has a filter retaining groove. One of a rigid planar filter or a perforate rigid planar support adapted to support a filter membrane is disposed in the filter retaining groove. The first housing section and the second housing section are clamped together during use.
L'invention concerne un appareil de filtrage amélioré comprenant un logement pourvu d'une admission et d'une sortie, ainsi qu'un filtre disposé entre cette admission et cette sortie de façon que les fluides aient à traverser le filtre pour passer de l'admission à la sortie. Cet appareil de filtrage amélioré est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une première partie de logement comportant un premier bord périphérique, ainsi qu'une seconde partie de logement comportant un second bord périphérique. Le premier bord périphérique de la première partie de logement ou le second bord périphérique de la seconde partie de logement est pourvu d'une rainure de maintien du filtre. Un filtre plan et rigide ou un support plan, rigide et perforé conçu pour supporter une membrane filtrante est disposé dans la rainure de maintien du filtre. La première partie de logement et la seconde partie de logement sont serrées l'une contre l'autre lors de l'utilisation de l'appareil de filtrage amélioré.
