A method for maintaining pore size of a reusable filtration membrane, said method comprising exposing said filtration membrane to a plasma comprising a hydrocarbon or fluorocarbon monomer so as to form a polymeric layer on the surface thereof. The treatment allows the filtration membrane to withstand washing procedures, in particular caustic washing. Thus reusable filtration membranes treated in this way and their use, form a further aspect of the invention.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de conservation de la taille des pores d'une membrane de filtration réutilisable, ledit procédé comprenant l'exposition de ladite membrane de filtration à un plasma comprenant un monomère d'hydrocarbure ou de fluorocarbone, de façon à former une couche polymérique à sa surface. Ce traitement permet à la membrane de filtration de supporter les procédures de lavage, en particulier de lavage caustique. Ainsi, l'invention concerne également des membranes de filtration réutilisables ainsi traitées et leur utilisation.
