The invention concerns a device for taking prints of skin tissues comprising an optical sensor (10) with an object surface (12) for receiving tissues whereof the print has to be taken and, on a fraction of the object surface, a thin transparent electrode coated with an electroluminescent dielectric layer (34). Means provide difference of potential between the tissues pressed on the sensitive layer and the transparent electrode and other means (22) form an image of the tissues pressed on the object surface, including said fraction. The imaging means provide an electronic treatment of the image which enables identification or verification by comparing with one or several stored prints by verifying the continuity of relief on the fraction and the remainder of the object surface.
Le dispositif de prise d'empreintes de tissus cutanés comprend un capteur optique (10) ayant une face objet (12) de réception de tissus dont l'empreinte est à prendre et, sur une fraction de la face objet, une électrode mince transparente recouverte d'une couche diélectrique électroluminescente (34). Des moyens établissent une différence de potentiel entre les tissus appliqués sur la couche sensible et l'électrode transparente et d'autre moyens (22) forment une image des tissus appliqués sur la face objet, y compris sur ladite fraction. Une électronique de traitement de l'image fournie par les moyens de prise de vue permet une identification ou une vérification par comparaison avec une ou plusieurs empreintes mémorisées en vérifiant la continuité des saillies sur la fraction et sur le reste de la face objet.
